INDIVIDUAL Registration

6th Annual Mayday Melee Registration - Memorial Weekend 2013

This year, we are changing it up a bit!  The fees collected this year will go towards golf netting at the Glendale Sports Complex to cover the west side of field 4.  No more retrieving balls over the fence!!

The CO-ED division will play on Saturday, May 25th 2013.
The WOMEN AND MEN'S divisions will play on Sunday, May 26th 2013.  

NEW! This year, we will be offering the following divisions for the women:

- Women's Open
- Women's Recreational

Both teams or free-agents can register for this tournament. If you are a free-agent, we will place you onto a team, space-permitting, on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please note:

1. All players must be currently registered with the league. 

2. OR if not in our league, any new/unregistered players must be 18 or older and complete and turn in the waiver form before playing in the tournament
